  7.  I found that on the odd occasion I thought of a tagline and wanted to
  8.  add it to one of my tagline files, but couldn't be bothered to go to my
  9.  text editor to add it, this solved the problem nicely. Only 2 things to
  10.  edit in the text file, put in your default directory where you keep
  11.  your taglines and default tagline file, you can choose alternative ones
  12.  when you run it, if you want..I have set ram: and tags as the default
  13.  ones.

  15.  ElevateTag needs rexxreqtools.lib and reqtools.lib, but I would assume
  16.  these are on most peoples systems. The program adds a tagline with %%
  17.  in the line before it which is suitable for Yam and Spot, which is all
  18.  I use, if you use another program, which doesn't use the %% and can't
  19.  change it yourself let me know and I will change it for you.

  21.  This program is of course EMailware...if you like it an EMail would be
  22.  nice to tell me you use it, I love getting mail.
